Angela Siracusa: Pop she goes and Country she sings! Angela’s singing career has gone off like a rocket since the release of her Debut Album, Mov’n On, November 2006; establishing her as a singer/songwriter with luminary qualities. The Album''s uniqueness was the result of concerted teamwork. Desiree Corso who writes about relationships and temporary lifestyles, wanted to write for Angela’s music desperately: "Within one minute of hearing Angela sing one of my lyrics, I knew just then that this dynamic songstress would be the one who could take my lyrics to a new level. It has been full throttle since."
Listening to Angela’s strong, clear and utterly appealing voice never mind her sexy, sleek looks, you know a star is born to glitter on the firmament of the Country music industry. In April 2007, she sought out the industry leaders in Nashville, and presented to them her latest collaborated songs; Heat Me Up, A Whole Lotta Noth’n,
The World Is Yours, and I Just Don’t Care Anymore. Smartly, she used her skills as a former world-traveling marketing director to promote the love of her life: her music. Her business savvy proved Angela Siracusa is a singer/songwriter with all the elements that the industry looks for in an artist. Her time in Nashville was full of meet and greets that resulted in a return trip to Nashville, Tennessee this coming June 2007. This upcoming road trip takes her to the 36th annual CMA Music Festival; it’s where Country Music Fans and Famous Artists flock too with anticipation. The BUZZ for the event has begun and Angela Siracusa has been asked to Host the Indie Islands Booth at CMA Fan Fair 2007. She will also be slotted as a featured artist in the booth at Fan Fair. Celebrated Fado Blues musician, Mike Siracusa, Angela’s brother and lifelong mentor, produced Angela’s first Album Mov’n On, while her current producer is famed Brad Stella who Produced this recently released Mov’n On Bonus EP. Angela Siracusa endeavors to have her next Album available late this year or early 2008.
Collaboration is part of her nature; she loves to absorb the limelight but sharing it with other talented artists is what makes Angela Siracusa so lovable; “it doesn’t always have to be about me at the center of it all, I find sharing the stage with others is what feeds my soul. I’m a songwriter as well as a performer and I often want to sing with someone else or write for someone else’s voice, that is why I’m looking forward to my latest collaboration with Brittany Brodie and together we will be “Sweet Diezel”; it’s all in the works and worth waiting for, you’ll see!”
“Whatever I do, I do it with gusto and vigor; I can’t help it. Watch me and you will catch my drift! I dedicate morning, noon and night to perfect my talents. I am forever thinking creatively and process all that as quickly as I can so that my newfound skills will fashion killer songs. Sharing my voice and music with those that receive it is a precious gift to me: I don’t take it lightly nor do I take my fans for granted.
When I write, my fans are with me in spirit. I want to tell someone’s story; sometimes mine and sometimes yours. Song is powerful: we can inspire change or simply add some spice to someone’s day! It’s so important for me to continually create stories to share. Human beings can be finicky, at times being “in” today but gone tomorrow; we’ve all seen devotions change drastically in this music industry. That is why I don’t rest on my laurels. It has never been advantageous to be a sloth. I am in a great place now and ready to rock! I intend to go places and take my fans along for the long joy ride, that’s just the kind of girl I am.”
