Groupe lyonnais formé en 2000, « Check this out » mélange différents styles musicaux confrontant le Punk Hardcore à la Pop et le Métal Emo au Rock plus traditionnel. Leurs influences se trouvant entre Queens of the stone age, Deftones, The Used et Muse le tout en français dans le texte.
Après de nombreuses démo le groupe décide en 2006 d’enregistrer son premier album au studio Tonteknik à Uméa en Suède. Les réalisateurs de l’album : Pelle Henricsson, Eskil Lövström et Magnus Lindberg ont entre autres assuré la réalisation des albums de Refused, Poison the well, Hell is for heroes, In Flames, Cult of Luna, Khoma et ont réalisé le mixage du dernier album de The Hives.
"Check this out" is a band from Lyon (France) founded in 2000. It blends lots of different styles, between Punk Hardcore and Pop. Between Emo Metal and more conventionnal Pop music. They are mainly influenced by bands like "The Used", "Queens of the stone age", "Muse" or "Deftones" with french lyrics.
In 2006 they record their first album in the world famous Tonteknik Studio in Umea (Sweden) with the help of producers Pelle Henricsson, Magnus Lindberg and Eskil Lövström best known for their work with bands like "Refused", "Cult of luna", "Poison the well", "Hell is for heroes", "Khoma" and "The Hives"
