In this CD, the songs of Daniele Conserva are sung in Piedmontese dialect and regards the Piedmontese and Italian different traditional cultural moments. Many references are connected to memories and stories of the Italian emigrants in the beginning of the twentieth century. The CD presents songs which are part of an important theatre performance titled “Per un pezzo di pane” (“for a piece of bread”) dedicated to the Italian Emigrants realized by Daniele Conserva.
