Marcellos erste Soloveröffentlichung (ein pulsierendes Remake des bekannten "Boogie Wonderland" der Gruppe "Earth, wind & Fire" wurde von dem Label "Blanco Y Negro Records" in Spanien veröffentlicht.
Vorher hatte Marcello Erfolg als Mitglied des Duos "Marvin & Marcello", unter Vertrag bei BMG-Ariola. Bei diesem Label hatte er drei Veröffentlichungen und war auf verschiedenen "Greatest Hits", und "Best of..." Samplern vertreten.
