Details:
The Founding Mothers are a group of long time musical compatriots who came together to make a moving, rocking soulful record about today’s cultural and political problems. Singer-songwriters Tommy Quayle, Scott Branch, Michelle Osborne and Kelly Cox cross into multiple genres to take the listener on a road trip from Mass Media Hell to Washington DC. Additional essential musical support is provided by Albe Bonnacci, Tom Murphy, Bob Pester and Mark Wingland.
Tommy heads up the group as lead singer, guitarist, songwriter and producer. He likes to think of his songs as Keith Richards and Neil Young on a train. Scott eases on in with production, songwriting, guitars and sweet harmonies. Michelle has a powerhouse soul singer voice on lead and harmony and Kelly Cox rounds out the sound with her beautiful voice on lead and harmonies. Albe provides the killer drums, Murf, Bob and Mark all slash in at various times with great guitar work.
