MP3 Nikolai Stepan - Polarised
Vocal remix album of dance genres like progressive/electro/trance.
11 MP3 Songs
ELECTRONIC: Trance, ELECTRONIC: Dance
From the very beginning we decided on making a pop diversion dance album. The idea was to take different vocalists and create remixes of their songs that would be very different from original. Nikolai has particularly focused a lot of time on molding his underground style with these rather mainstream artists. To create such a mold he made sure to keep fair amount of real instruments in compositions as well as saturating them with electronic sounds and rhythms.
Laurie Ann, Kyven and Veldt are the main three vocalists on these tracks. They come from diverse background of indie rock, blues, and pop. Music genres have quite a spread but remix tracks have even more diversity within electronic sub genres. Some of the famous references are Tiesto, Sander Kleinenberg, Benny Benassi, Paul Oakenfold.
The Album is full of dance and electronic music diversity. Some of the compositions are suitable for banging club nights and some would go well in melancholy lounge and coffee shops.
