This record definitely has music to ride to, tracks to dance, comic mischief, R&B Reggaeton, and some dirty south influence hence the name of the title "UNSCANABLE".
The Album focuses on Quantum-Bom’s perspective on the dilema’s of overcoming family and relationship issues, legal problems and the death of his cousin Eugene Gallegos who was gunned down by police. Quantum-Bom is probably the first Chicano/Latino Rapper who doesn’t sound like one or trying to be someone else. Quantum-Bom has found that key to unlock that closed door for Latin Hip/Hop that was suppressed for so long. Not worrying about what the critics said and taking the risk. Getting knowledge from other Latin Artist who went through their struggles to get their music career started. Like Mellow Man Ace, Cypress Hill, Frost, Funk Doobiest, just to name a few. Quantum-Bom, “No one took me serious at first, no one wanted to take a chance with my music. DJ’s wouldn’t even spin my stuff. Quantum-Bom started QTM music mid 2006 and is working closely with SGR Records USA on future projects. QTM Music is also in meetings with a HUGE distribution company who shall remain nameless for now. Quantum-Bom has featured on MEGATON 2006 VOL.1, DZ - Past & Present, TL-Tittz, and few more. Provided Theme song for RAGE the Pro Wrestler. The QB usually will feature on hooks with his R&B skills and then go ape shit on 16’s for nice price.
Even though this is his debut album. Quantum-Bom comes from a long line of musicians. So this is not no over night success. He turned professional in 1994’ when he was added to the roster of the Organized Crime Klick a local Sacramento Group. From there on he had written and recorded over the years putting out music for his peeps but never focused on a complete record because of Personal, Legal and Criminally REAL issues.
The Unscanable L.P. is about 2 years in the making. It had a more harder street approach before. Then due to conversations with potential radio stations, clubs for shows some of those tracks where pulled for more spins! This L.P. has features likes of Mac & AK, Trucho G, YUYO MC, TL and Special appearance by Mellow Man Ace.
