solenoid: A switch consisting of a coil and a metal core that slides along the coil axis under the influence of the magnetic field. Used in pinball machines for the bumpers and flippers.
capacitor: An electric circuit with various values to cause changes in the current. Used in electric guitars to control the tone.
This CD is a unique blend of electric guitars with electronic rhythm tracks. All instrumental and very interesting to listen to. Some of the effects jump right out of the CD player. Other effects are mixed in an ambient way so they sound as if they''re coming from behind the speakers (Or your brain with headphones on.) Guitars are often played in a way to emulate the sound effects.
