**What is included ?**

**What’s a “lead sheet” ?**
Lead sheets are music sheets, but only show the melody line, lyrics and chords symbols. Lead sheets are typically used in pop and jazz ensembles.
**What are .xml and .mxl ?**
MusicXML is the universal standard for sheet music. You can use almost any music notation software to open these files : Finale, Sibelius, Musescore for example.
**There are no PDF included ?**
No. With a pdf music sheet, you are not able to edit and transpose. But of course, you will probably want a pdf file and it is very easy to do. In MuseScore, you just have to save the music chart as pdf.
**What are .mscz and .mscx ?**
.mscz and .mscx files are formats only used in Musescore notation software. These lead sheets were made with Musescore, this is why we save them this format. If you open those files with Musescore, you will have the best results (no loss of information) Don’t worry, Musecore IS FREE and will remain FREE.
