Veteran singer/songwriter Maria Connel has built a career and reputation locally and abroad as an extemely polished and versatile entertainer. In addition to her regular show at Casino Windsor, Maria is also a featured performer at corporate and private functions ranging from solo gigs, duos, 6 pc. bands, and even a 30 pc. orchestra.
Maria''s previous CD releases, were recorded in Nashville, produced by Memphis Hall of Fame, producer Larry Rogers, and gained international acclaim with airplay in Canada, the US, Europe and Australia.
Having also been a featured opening act for many Italian artists on tour in Canada and the US, Maria felt the need to make a recording of her favourite Italian numbers and to pay homage to the culture and heritage she so richly cherishes.
