Cybermonkey comprises the efforts of Lisa Turner, Tad Winklarz and Marlon Kempmann. Though categorization is never pretty at the best of times; Cybermonkey can be referred to as ''Progressive World Ambi-Groove'' in styling (without being overly offensive to anyone). The music lends itself to a personal atmosphere, to the other arts, or as a soundtrack to life.
Cybermonkey''s recording base is absolutely integral to the overall sound. Canada''s multicultural elements have been described as a ''salad bowl'' as opposed to a ''melting pot'' (or even ''non-existant'') in other parts of the world. The ''salad bowl'' enables a wide variety of different sounds and influences to be incorporated into the music of Cybermonkey. This environment is not fully appreciated by those who are able to experience it; and this is something Cybermonkey would like to help change.
