Donna Lee started playing guitar and singing at the aage of seven. In 1972, she joined the folk group at her local parish where she sang for 11 years. At the age of 15, she wrote her first song for a Catholic youth retreat. Her debut album, "Immaculate Heart, O Sacred Heart," was released in 1990, and was well received by all ages. Since then, she has recorded five albums of mostly original muisc. Her newest album, "Whispers From Heaven" was released in September of 2000.
Some of the highlights of her music ministry were having the opportunity to be the opening act for the late Michael Hedges at 4th and B in San Diego, and performing with Tony https://www.tradebit.com also had the op0portunity to perform concerts in five different cities in Portugal for Youth 2000 and in Ayleford, England opening for Sal Solo, as well as singing at conferences in Australia and New Zealand. In the summer of 2000 she traveled to Spain where she sang in the popular MULTIFESTIVAL DAVID and performed concerts with other artists from all over Europe. In September of 2001 she traveled to South America for the first time where she sang in one of the largest Catholic music festivals, the Hallel Festival in Franca, Brazil. Donna performed for a crowd of 10,000 people, the largest crowd she has ever performed in front of.
In the summer of 2002 Donna Lee will travel to Italy, Spain, Holland, Toronto, and back to Brazil to sing in other catholic music festivals.
Her music can be heard on several Catholic radio stations across the United States and she can be seen on EWTN''s new show, "Backstage" and is seen regulary on the "FamilyLand Network."
