Armando Olivero was born in the 60''s and developped from early on a passion for the arts. As a way to escape the harsh reality of living the "inner city life", Armando began drawing and painting but got also involved in music. All of these passions grew and became a life long companion for the artist. Since then, Armando has has worked as a music educator, music and art director, and as a performing artist under the name Encompass.
Encompass stands for the sole artist, Armando Olivero. All music has been composed and performed by him. Everything from drums, piano, guitar, bass, and various strings, as well as all percussion have been played live by this talented musical genius. He is also the C.E.O. and founder of AP Records.
