The Kid Espi wrote his first Rap when he was in the 5th grade in Salem, Oregon when he ran for vice president of the school, that was his speech, a rap! Although his life revolved around basketball, he always had time to write lyrics and rap with friends. After leading the McNary Celtics to State in Basketball and graduating high school, He played college basketball for two years at Linn Benton Community College and started taking his music serious, He put out an ep "Moments of Clarity" and after that his first full album "The First Book". A year later he put out another album with another artist "Satisfaction Guaranteed". The Kid Espi and Garden Entertainment are hard at work building a hip-hop scene in Salem, Oregon. They are showing progress and gaining momentum. With two albums under his belt already, Espi worked with Hot In Pursuit and LessinLyrisist to put out Garden Entertainment''s first collab album titled "Healthy Portions". The album features guest appearences from Scarub of The Living Legends and 2mex. Espi has opened concerts for E40, Twista, Andre Nikatima, Cool Nutz. The Kid Espi is a University of Oregon Graduate and has a passion for Hip-Hop music. He is a rising artist in the Northwest and has performed in many shows throughout the Northwest. The Kid Espi has a variety of styles, upbeat lyrics, deep serious lyrics, fun lyrics, and exciting lyrics. Very well rounded for many music listeners.
