When one thinks of Christmas, I am certain there are many things that come to mind. The Holiday Season consists of shopping for presents, preparing for meals, hanging decorations and doing countless other activities. In doing so however, we sometimes lose sight of the fact that Christmas is meant to be a time of sharing and giving of ourselves rather than of material things.
When I first began putting this project together I wanted to involve as many people as possible. I found it to be very enjoyable to arrange and perform the music on this album, but the best part of the project was working with all of the musicians and vocalists who gave their time and effort and shared their talents in making this recording. They all had the true meaning of Christmas to give of yourself for others.
This recording is a labor of love of music and the special joy that it brings especially during the Christmas season. Treat yourself, your family, and friends and celebrate Christmas with the big sounds of the Mark Buza Orchestra!
