She’s a little bit jazzy and he’s a little bit legit; she’s a multi-MAC Award winner and he’s a Bistro Award winner; together Sue Matsuki and Edd Clark are ringing in the holiday season! Music Director Paul Stephan has created arrangements for these award winning singers that makes Sue and Edd’s FABULOUS Christmas a celebration of the wonderful music of the Christmas and a perfect way to get into the spirit of the season. If Steve and Eydie had a Christmas show, this would be it!

Sue Matsuki is a 2007 MAC Award Nominee for Female Vocalist; the 2006 MAC Award WINNER for Special Productions for “10 Years in the Making”; the recipient of the very first annual 2005 Julie Wilson Cabaret Performance Award given by the Mabel Mercer Foundation; 2004 MAC Award Nominee for Duo/Group with singing partner, R&B singer, Marcus Simeone; 2002 MAC Award WINNER for Female Jazz Vocalist; and the 2002 MAC Award Nominee for Female Recording for her debut CD, A NEW TAKE which was just voted as one of the 2007 TOP 10 CDs of all time by Cabaret Hotline On Line. This Jazz/Cabaret/Comedy veteran has played legendary jazz clubs: The Village Gate, Birdland, The Iridium and Sweet Rhythm and every NYC Cabaret room including: The Metropolitan Room, Arci’s Place, Town Hall, The Laurie Beechman Theatre, Don’t Tell Mama, 88’s, Helen’s Hideaway Room, Danny’s, Jan Wallman’s, The Duplex and more. She has performed in Alaska, Los Angeles, Connecticut, Florida, New Jersey, Nyack, Maine, Fire Island, Florida and Las Vegas!

Edd Clark is the co-founder of the New Opera Group in NYC, and has sung leading roles in the American premieres of Cimarosa''s "Le Astuzie Femminilli", Haydn''s "Le Pescatrici", and Cimarosa''s "The Italian Girl in London". Crossing over to musical theatre Edd appeared as Pirelli in "Sweeney Todd", the Padre in "Man of LaMancha", Tito Morelli in "Lend Me a Tenor", and Gaylord Ravenal in "Showboat". He appeared in both the national and international tours of "Hello Dolly" starring Mimi Hines. Edd has soloed in many of the churches in NY, and can be heard performing the Tenor solo in the Hickory Choral Society’s recording of Vaughn Williams’ "Hodie". Most recently he has taken the plunge into cabaret, and is a member of the Bistro Award winning "3 Tenors in Search of An Act".

Paul Stephan (Musical Director and arranger) is a graduate of Ithaca College and the University of Utah, where he received a Masters of Fine Arts in writing and directing musical theatre. He has studied composition with John Eaton and Karel Husa. He has composed scores for several musicals, including "A Fairy Tale", "Beauty and the Beast", and "Trudy", which premiered at Theatre 138 in Salt Lake City. Paul is an alumni of the BMI Lehman Engle Musical Theatre workshop, and had his works performed in their evenings of "Works in Progress." His song "Elusive" was a 2005 MAC Award Nominee, and his song Anymore can be currently be heard on the Bettina Covo''s debut CD “Out of the Shadows". Paul is musical director/arranger for the Bistro Award winning show “3 Tenors in Search of an Act” which was also nominated for the MAC and NY Nightlife Awards. This past year, Paul musically directed and arranged Richard Skipper’s “Carol Channing in Concert”. Most recently his original music has been heard at the John Zindarsic’s “Songbook” series at the Donnell library.
