Serbulo expresses the poetry of the dreamers and the migrants pulled between two worlds. His themes: nostalgia, longing, leaving, love, tribulation and challenge, always with a sense of humor and fantasy.
His music is original, but with its roots in the tradition of the tropical Isthmus of Mexico (Oaxaca and Veracruz).
As a result of the diversity that he has lived around in his traveling life, there is in his songs a fusion of elements: the rhythmic variety typical from Mexico and South America, the freedom for improvisation of Cuban music and jazz and the modern sound of the ballad-rock.
