MESSENGER... the man behind the voice. Was born in Portland Maine in 1975 were he shortly lived the admiration and inspiration of his loving father who passed away tragically before his eyes at the young age of 4, the only love he knew was taken from his life. His father loved singing and performing in bars throughout Maine, a very talented man who passed that the love of music and passion for performing on in the heart of his son. Messenger from age 4 without his father now faced a long hard journey in this life, a trouble child to a troubled young adult learned hard lessons in his life as the hate was given, the hate was shown. He spent time in juvenile institutions, to foster homes, to prisons. As hate revolved, he fought hard to survive in a world that gave him hate, his struggles brought much trouble and pain in his life. As many of you can relate to or feel through his music... Lost in a world of defeat he fought back with the strength like no other I know. With the power of God on his side, love in his heart and the talent to reach out to those with messages of change, love, courage, no fear, trust, strength, power, confidence and did I mention Love.. I''m amazed as his journey through this powerful CD has progressed into such a talent, confidence and ability to reach so many hearts. A once lost young child who never gave up on what he had within him turned into one amazing guy and he earned it all. His talent goes far beyond the ability to rise from defeat. His voice has a talent all its own, not to mention the talent to write amazing lyrics. He has so many more songs to bring. His goals are to reach as many people as possible, give speeches in schools, to be in a studio laying down the tracks, doing what he loves. Reaching out with love for a change.
