ALL foods have a fat burning (thermogenic) effect, meaning your body uses energy to digest the food. However not all foods have the same thermic effect. Dietary fat has the lowest thermic effect and lean protein has the highest. Lean protein is found in foods like chicken breast, turkey breast, almost all types of fish, lean cuts of red meat, and egg whites.

So - if you want to turn your body into a Turbo-Charged, fat burning machine and sky rocket your fat loss, your plan MUST contain plenty of lean protein.

This means that your body starts to break down muscle tissue in order to produce the energy that it needs…resulting in substantial muscle loss – sometimes as much as 45% of total weight loss.

It causes you to develop the “Skinny Fat” Syndrome!

So while you might be losing weight on the scale, in actual fact you’re losing MUSCLE – AND YOU’RE NOT BURNING FAT!

That’s important. Here’s why:
If you want to get rid of the flabby fat that jiggles when you walk, then you must make sure that protein forms the base of every meal you eat, helping you to build and preserve your existing lean muscle – while maximizing your body’s focus on fat loss.
