14 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Hard Rock, ROCK: 80''s Rock

Details:
Empire consist of Tim Miskimon on lead vocals, guitar, piano, bass, mellotron, organ, drums, percussion, & synthesizers. Mark Miskimon on drums, vocals, percussion, piano, & octapads. Johnny Blade on guitar & vocals. Various friends made some guest appearances, including long time Basement Floor Bassist, Elmer Oechsler & keyboard wizard Julius Fischer Jr.

On this album Empire brings together all of the best elements of rock from the 70s, 80s, & 90s and gives it their own unique touch. Influenced by bands such as The Beatles, The Stones, Kiss, Bon Jovi, Etc., Empire offers one of the most versatile releases to come along in years. Tim & Johnny do some very cool guitar work on this album, which is full of some nice melodic rock riffs. The CD also includes some very well written & produced rock ballads to go along with the balls to the wall party rock. There is even a country song that closes out this CD with a touch of humor. Check it out! Party on Dudes!

Driven By Rock is the latest release by Baltimore''s own Empire. Empire is made up of former members of Basement Floor, a long time favorite touring band from the mid-Atlantic area. This album rocks! It is full of well written & well performed songs with the same depth of true emotion as Never Mind & Gone Again.

These songs are akin to Paul McCartney & Wings or .38 Special in that they include vocal harmonies & really out standing guitar work with hooks galore! Songs such as "Driven By Rock And Roll", "Don''t Cry", "Been Around Momma", "Across The City", "Night Club Home", & "My Life''s On Hold" rock you into a good time - party mood while ballads such as "Do You Really Love Me?", "In & Out Of Love", & "A New Found Love" take you to another place altogether. This is one of the best albums to be released this year in the mid-Atlantic region.
