Gretchen Priest and Plaidgrass is a rich CD that shows off the talents of some of the finest Celtic, Bluegrass and Traditional musicians this side of the Atlantic. 2005 Grammy nominee Tim May''s hot acoustic flatpicking (guitar, mandolin, mandocello, mandola, tenor guitar) rides high next to Tom Saffell''s unique 8-string banjo riffs and tasty licks from Brian Christianson (fiddle, mandolin), Al Goll (resophonic guitar), Jeff Tayor (accordion), Chris Joslin (5 string banjo), Chris Fontaine (bodhran) and Doc Holladay (bass). The group joins fiddler Gretchen Priest in their debut album.
