You can choose whether the smart agent chat window is triggered by the visitor moving their mouse to the top of the browser window (as it is on this page) - or by the user physically clicking on a button (such as their Back button or the close window button). When triggering on a button click, you can specify the alert message shown to the visitor prior to the smart agent chat window appearing.
