MP3 Tut Tut - The Heart Goes Nine
Ukulele-based destructo-pop crafted with obscure lyricism, powerful vocals, and lo-fi yet lush production. Poignant, powerful, and a little bit poppy, this album rings in the new year with a bit of nostalgia.

Details:
Alex Abnos started making noise by himself in his basement instead of the doing the work necessary to achieve an acceptable GPA in high school.
After he didn’t get accepted to any colleges because of this, he moved to London for a year. No real reason. There, he made noise in his tiny studio apartment. That annoyed the neighbors (EVERYTHING annoyed the neighbors), so later he made noise in Hyde Park, and found a college that didn’t suck.
Alex got tired of London, so he made a lot of noise on the telephone to a lot of different US colleges. The George Washington University in DC didn’t necessarily like his noise, but they were kind of sick of hearing it, so they accepted him.
While he was waiting to go to DC in the summer of 2005, Alex made noise on tour with The White Foliage. He made more noise when he found out that one of the busses that was bombed in London was the bus he rode to and from his apartment.
Since 2006, Alex has been alternating between making noise in DC wherever he can, and returning to his roots – in his basement in Kansas City. Now, by sheer osmosis, he’s managed to find a relatively wide network of people who want to make noise with him. Imagine that.
Alex’s preferred method of noise is the ukulele. He really doesn’t think it’s that weird. His preferred volume is “medium,” which also happens to be his shirt size.
