All songs written arranged recorded and produced by George Hochbrueckner. All songs tracked and mixed at the wavestation recording studio in Geneseo, NY (r.i.p.) the illuminata in Dansville, NY (r.i.p.) and Bluebrick Recordings in E. Avon, NY (alive and kicking we have a myspace page) Many thanks to my partners in crime and musical confidants especially: Jesse Sprinkle, my studio co-conspirator for taking percussion, pounding & thrashing to a new and astounding level. To Melanie Storm, for her transcendent lyrics, vocal beauty and awesome musical vigor. To JC & Golgotha, my love Nicole, Kate & Kyle, mama papa bros sis relatives friends church kitties doggies puppies turtles & tasty homemade recipes from Grace Seifert (McBride aka mommyo) No Drum Machines were harmed in the making of these songs, yeah we used them for click tracks sometimes but real musicians use real drummers, period. For all you purists out there, creepy crawleys is all live bass & drums on the fly, the walls are growing ears is all live guitar and drums. Oscar the Hippo samples (the guide & Hippo sounds) are real and were recorded by George w/ a cheap cassette recorder on safari in S. Africa. Morocco Maia baby’s hand drums were played live by George & Jesse @ the Illuminata with the windows open in summertime w/ some pleasing semi trucks sounds included for your listening pleasure. Shortnin'' bread drums were played by Jesse on a full size pots & pans, garbage set @ the wavestation in Geneseo - long live that lo fi room! Enjoy the healthy length of this album, I wrote so many non lyrical songs over the last 7 years I had to alternate lyrical songs with instrumentals.
