BIO: In the early eightes Flight27 began his quest after hearing the likes of Run-Dmc-Melly mel-Kool Herc and a slew of then current artists. All he wanted to do from then on was come into his own as a dominant force in Hip-hop. Poised now this little kid watched and listen until he grew into his own at the age 16. by seventeen he had his first production credits as Dollar Billie the action figure with a slew of underground tapes and a regional album under his belt. After moving around all over the bayarea and out of state These moves proved to aid in his multifacted Liquid sound That help him break boundries where doors where closed a few years earlier.................
In this latest collection of works Flight 27 abandons the traditional role of ordinary Artist/ Producer in Favor of a new Soulful approach to hip-hop. Instead of using sample heavy material, He decided to incorporate a Liquidfunkadelic sound with a bom bap element that complements his voice perfectly. Currently he''s working on his album Selected Character as well as the sound track of an up and coming feature film. He''s got a Big back ground in audio production that dates back to early childhood and produced his first official project in 1997. Currently he is working with some groundwork artists on a project called Freelance which will feature various artist from different labels to capture the hearts of the true hip-hop die hards and will incorporate elements from different genres to season it''s melting pot.
