The first product of their styles collision is “This is the New Business Plan,” a four-song ride through riff-dripping energy, unexpected changes and limitless good ideas. Produced by Michael Eisenstein over the course of several months, the songs feature versatile rock beats, shimmering duo-gendered harmonies, a few well-placed xylophones and guitars that do anything but fuck around. The result is raw purpose mixed with arduous care, which is what this band''s all about. And if you love good music, that’s not hard to get at all.
