Antonio and Joel are brothers and come from a musically talented christian family. At four years of age, Antonio learned how to play drums at his local church. Today now of age, god has given him the gift of playing several instruments, write, compose, and sing the songs that today he dedicates for the glory of god. At ten years of age, the interest of music had awakened in Joel, especially in the latin percussion area. Something that called their attention was the genre of christian salsa, bands like: Querobin, Xariz, Richie Rey and Bobby Cruz always got them going.
At 13 & 14 years of age Antonio and Joel started their own musical group and played at the local churches. Part of their development was helping their parents (also their pastors) in church, playing and teaching kids how to play instruments. Even when people made fun of them, said they were noise makers and that they were going nowhere Antonio & Joel didn''t let anything or anyone get them down. They always found a way to stay positive.
In 1999, Antonio and Joel started Orquesta Labranza a latin christian band. God has always been Antonio''s inspiration to write the songs and the reason why they play with their hearts. After one week of releasing their first album "Pronto Me Voy" god has permitted their songs to be played in states like: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Florida, Virginia and lots of other places threw radio and internet.
Perseverance and determination has been the reason why they''re what they are today. Two brothers with a mission.... a mission to gain as many souls as possible for the kingdom of god, to preach the gospel and minister lives threw their songs. To tell the world god is coming soon to take his people. That''s the reason why they have titled their album "Pronto Me Voy" (which means "Soon We Leave")
