Dirt started 3 years ago as a vehicle to play and eventually record my original https://www.tradebit.com began as a trio but I expanded it to a quartet about 2 years ago .We began doing gigs pretty quickly and developed a repertoire of mostly originals , but some covers as https://www.tradebit.com covers we decided to do were always done with a twist ,just to make them interesting.(Hence our cover of Delilah)I am heavily influenced by artists such as Wayne Krantz and John Scofield .The CD features some tunes that are through composed and some that are of a more repetetive nature which for us balances out gigs ,and hopefully keeps things interesting for the listener.
The musicians on the Cd are Thom Mann(drums)David Innocente(guitar)Ben Fuller(bass) and Chris Soole (sax)
We all love jazz and are all heavily influenced by it.
