Bradykynin''s music will forever have a place in music history as a force that will entice, relax, make you anxious, give you drive, and make you want to listen over and over again. This album will take you places that you have never been and make you want to come back repeatedly.
Formed by working together on recording sessions for an earlier form of Bradykynin, Mike and Lew asked Brian, who was then their recording engineer, to join the band on drums after hearing him sound check the drum kit in the recording studio. From there, they began rehearsals, and cut a three song EP. The EP was a great success and landed them gigs playing landmark clubs around the tri-state area such as CBGB''s(NYC), Brownies(NYC), Arlene Grocery(NYC), The Loop Lounge(NJ), and Maxwell''s(NJ) to name a few. They played live radio station performances/interviews, gallery openings, and started booking small tours. They went north to Boston to play the Sky Bar and then south to the Washington area. During this time they began recording their first full length self-titled release. They had much support from many fans who took on the street team roles such as designing major card/flyer/poster campaigns for shows, producing tee shirts, and handling mailing lists. The artistic side of the band and many close friends made Bradykyin a very likable entity. Music critics gave rave reviews on the album and the public wanted more...
