Chris Eric is a singer/songwriter, mixing heartfelt lyrics and a blend of acoustic contemporary, folk and a hint of country. Chris''s biggest influences include the Kingston Trio, Jewel, Todd Snider, The Beatles and Buddy Holly.

In the past 15 years, Chris has released 8 albums including 5 cds in the last 10 years. 3 of those include most recently, Confessions From The Heart, 2008, You Can''t Outrun The Radio, 2005 and Sunday Speedtrap in 2000.

In 2002, the song "Things life brings" from the Sunday Speedtrap cd peaked at number 60 on the U.S. folk chart on https://www.tradebit.com. It maintained a number 1 status on the Washington State Folk chart for over 13 weeks.

Chris has performed over 900 concerts in the last 15 years and has been honored to perform at some large venues including The Evergreen State Fair, Yakima Folklife Festival, Barnes and Noble and Seattle''s Alki Beach 4th of July Celebration. He has opened for Capitol recording artist Judith Owens, Bill Haley’s Comets and National Touring Artist, Sweet Fancy Moses.

His schedule, both solo and with his group, Sunday Speedtrap includes regular appearances at the Renton River Days and the Mukilteo Lighthouse Festival. Chris also performs all over Washington State at coffee houses, festivals, bars and night clubs.
