The name Kronic Plague can be easily misunderstood, it has nothing to do with marijuana. Kronic Plague is a name that was created while he was in college at Louisiana State University, in simple terms, it simply means the illest. "Its like a chronic cough, or chronic back spasms, but nothing is iller than the plague.. except Kronic Plague... feel me, I just put a K on it because that''s what nigaz called me growing up" he explains.
