At the age of 11, Jorge becomes in earnest about music as he decides to take classic piano lessons. But shortly after, and feeling not completely content with it, he little by little starts to experience with other musical instruments such as guitar, recorder, and then bass guitar, and as bass player he forms his first pop-rock band during his school age.
Once he had to decide on a career which supported his deepest and unending keen interest in music, he didn''t hesitate and entered the Faculty of Arts of the University of Chile, leaving then university with a first class honors degree in Sound Technology. During university time he also decides to specialize in bass guitar and takes lessons with the renowned Chilean bass player Ernesto Holman (Congresos''band). At that time he is part of "Evolución," a jazz - fusion band.
At that time as well, his brother Pablo starts an emergent musical career playing in different places both in Santiago and all along Chile. Jorge decides then to support his brother in his live performances as bass player. This band gives him the chance to travel throughout Chile, where he gets to know wonderful areas and landscapes which would become the inspiration for his future career as single performer.
However, his deep interest in music and every way of expression would never end, therefore he decides to become specialized in "Recording Techniques" and goes to Los Angeles (USA) to learn this art.
By late 90''s and back in Chile he starts his own music production company (H y W Producciones Ltda.) in order to promote musical events. And many famous Chilean artists passed through this. His role as producer didn''t however meet his innermost passion for music, although he could finish his first independent recording called "En las Alturas," music for relaxation and Reiki.
The musical target he had at first set for the studio started to diffuse, so he decides to quit that project and focus on his last recording "Octubre," which allows him to make his debut as composer and fulfill in this way his long-awaited desire; to become completely involved in "Music."

"Octubre" summarizes Jorge''s life. The sea landscapes surrounding Jorge''s journey as musician inspired every one of the songs which express the artist''s mood and let clearly sense universal concepts such as: reflection, peace and inner encounter.
"Octubre" includes 10 songs in which we can hear a multi-instrumentalist endowed with talent and purity in every instrument he plays. The sound in this recording reflects the purity of a style that seeks to take us to a pure spiritual level.
