Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Big D had always dreamed of one day being involved in music. In December of 1998, he asked Jesus into his heart to be his Lord and Savior and at that time surrendered to God the dreams of music that he had since he was a child, trusting that one day in God’s timing it would be used for His purpose. That one day happened about 2 years ago when he and his wife were organizing an evangelistic hip hop outreach in Ireland. Their dance team needed someone to rap to a song they were performing to, and Big D volunteered. The youth in their community loved it, and God has blessed it ever since! Big D gives all glory to God for His faithfulness. He has seen time and time again that relevant anointed Christian hip hop really makes an impact on today''s youth and opens hearts to the gospel.
