Details:
Joseph Gamache p.k.a ("JabberJaw") was born in Flint, MI. June 13 1983. Always an entertainer he would do things like tell jokes in school and write comics and parodies of songs that were hilarious to the other students. When he was 6 or 7 he was exposed to hip-hop music by his older sister and he fell in love with it. His earliest influences were N.W.A., LL Cool J, Snoop, Nas and many others. He started writing rhymes when he was 11 but didn''t get serious until he moved away from his dad''s house and into his mothers at 14. At age 17 they moved away from the country and into Flint and Jab beg an doing shows, battling, and recording music. He was given the nam e "JabberJaw" by his older brother because he talked too much. Eventually he would go on to win several rap contests, both on the radio and at clubs, including his 14 victories in the freestyle battles at JB''s nightclub. Through friend and fellow emcee E-roc, Jab was introduced to a real producer and businessman named Dave (dZone) Kelly. DK was just the man who could take Jab to that next level so "FrontStreet Records" (a major player in the music scene back in the 90''s) was reborn, now in full effect and ready to hit like a ton of bricks. Jabs first debut LP album (entitled "i just look like this") is a musical masterpiece with groundbreaking production, lyrics, and creativity seldom seen in music nowdays. From the first track all the way to the last you will be captivated by the extraordinary production and amazed by the incredible presence displayed by JabberJaw on every song. The record is already a local sensation and is growing rapidly throughout the world. Be on the lookout because, as JabberJaw would say, "It''s the takeover"!!! And the rest is history.
