Details:
Sean Dockery was born in Glendora, California and has been composing for over 20 years now. He began his journey through music in his teenage years when he was first exposed to the sounds of a keyboard synthesizer. In addition to composing for a variety of multimedia projects and his own CD’s, he has also performed extensively as a keyboardist for various bands, which included a one-year tour of Southeast Asia. Sean currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wonderful wife, Ann Marie, where he continues to compose.
ABOUT THE CD:
Sojourn- A temporary stay; a brief period of residence.
I believe that our short life here on Earth is just the first of many sojourns in our potential eternal existence.....and that these sojourns will one day lead us to Paradise.....to forever dwell with the Universal Father. What I hope to accomplish with “Sojourns” focuses primarily on our mortal sojourn. You are created, formed from the hand of God.....thus commencing the opening sojourn. From the long river of East Asia to the land of fire and ice, from the Highlands in the north to the roof of Africa- one can experience countless small sojourns right here on Earth. Though, one doesn’t necessarily have to travel in the flesh to sojourn. One can sojourn through the mind- reflecting on life, dreaming during sleep, or reminiscing on experiences long forgotten. I sincerely hope that this collection of songs will take you on a voyage to your own personal sojourn every time you listen to it. Go in peace my friends, as we traverse our long journey to Paradise.
