Details:
Joanna''s robust voice sounds great on many country classic and contemporary songs but when you add her yodeling to the mix, you have a definite show stopper.

From the moment she began singing in church at age 2, Joanna has been belting out a song. In 1999, she saw Margo Smith (the Tennessee Yodeler) perform at Dollywood and decided she wanted to yodel. She did just that and has learned many different styles.

This CD entitled "What''s Not to Love" was produced by Dick McVey at Moonlight Studios in Nashville. It contains five
previously unreleased songs. Eight tracks on the CD feature various styles of yodeling.

"What''s Not to Love" is a sassy song not previously released. Joanna definitely sounds much older than her 11 years on this one!

"I Want to Be a Cowboy''s Sweetheart" and "Tennessee Yodeler" feature very fast yodeling on two great classics!

"Chime Bells" is a classic Elton Britt yodeling song - quite a difficult feat for an 11 year old - but Joanna pulls it off!

"Beautiful World" speaks of the cultural diversity of our world and what a joy it is to live in it.

"Singing the Blues" is a re-make of the Marty Robbins classic with some blues yodeling added.

"If I Could Only Learn to Yodel" features Joanna''s six year old sister Julianna with her in a yodeling duet. You gotta hear this very popular one!

"Do You Know Me" is a great song that tells of the angels we encounter everyday.

"Betcha My Heart I Love Ya" is an old classic with a new yodeling flair.

One of the best songs on the CD may well be "Santa''s Yodeling Song." Bet you didn''t know Santa went yo-del-ay-ee-hee instead of Ho-ho-ho! This song was co-written by Janet McBride, the yodeling queen who taught LeAnn Rimes to yodel and who has been a great influence on Joanna. Janet also wrote "Yodeling at the Grand Ole Opry."

Joanna was the overall winner of the 2002 Kentucky Opry Finals for all age categories (including teen and adult). The only other artist to ever capture this honor was Jessica Andrews, now a top country vocalist. Joanna performs frequently at the Kentucky Opry, Paducah Kentucky After Dinner, and various festivals and fairs throughout the Illinois, Kentucky, and Tennessee area. Joanna has appeared on PAX-TV''s "America''s Most Talented Kids."

Joanna is a native of southern Illinois who has also gained much attention for her impersonation of "Cousin" Minnie Pearl. As a judge at a talent contest once stated "If I closed my eyes, I would have thought Minnie Pearl herself was on the stage." You will soon be able to see clips of her performances at https://www.tradebit.com

In all, "What''s Not to Love" is a fun CD with something for many tastes. You''ve got to hear it to believe it! You can expect to be seeing more from this talented young artist!
