DESCRIPTION: JUTE, an antidepressant of the musical class, is chemically unrelated to tricyclic, tetracyclic, selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor, or other known antidepressant agents. Its structure resembles that of laughter and REM sleep. It has a sweet taste and produces a sensation of localized bliss on the soul.
Jute is supplied for aural administration as a 10,000-mg, 24-song, sustained-release CD. Each CD contains 10,000-mg music hydrochloride written, performed, recorded, mixed, and mastered by Jason Schiffman with no inactive ingredients.
CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY:
Pharmacodynamics: JUTE is a strong uninhibitor of the neuronal production of pleasure. While it''s mechanism of action is unknown, it is presumed to be mediated by alternatingly warm and piercing vocal tracks over live music and abstract loops.
Pharmacokinetics: Following aural administration of JUTE music to healthy volunteers, peak plasma concentrations of sublime enjoyment are achieved instantaneously. This quick onset of action is attributable to JUTE''s composition of infectiously rhythmic music and soothing vocal harmonies.
Population Subgroups: Factors or conditions altering musical appreciation capacity (e.g. conservatism, fanatical religious belief, long-term exposure to musical theater, etc.) may be expected to influence the degree and extent to which JUTE is appreciated. Nonetheless, JUTE has been shown to produce marked musical satisfaction in 99% of individuals capable of performing basic dance moves.
INDICATIONS AND USAGE: JUTE is indicated for the treatment of depression, anxiety, boredom, frustration, hopelessness, lonliness, or any other condition due to insufficient human connection. The efficacy of JUTE was established in several controlled trials of outpatients whose diagnoses corresponded most closely to the Hypoxic Soul Induced Depression category of the APA Diagnostic. In every case, JUTE music was found to result in dramatically elevated mood for the duration of the JUTE CD and for several hours afterward. Long term relief has been achieved only with chronic dosing of JUTE music. JUTE is most effectively administered through headphones at loud volume.
