Details:
The Erase-Hers hail from New York City. While new wave is the band''s predominant sound, their influences run the gamut from pop punk, power pop, and good old fashioned rock and roll. Female lead singer Tanz''s vocals and high energy synthesizers create an instantly likeable, radio-friendly sound that will be stuck in your head for days.

The Erase-Hers formed in 2006 and feature ex-members of notable New York bands The John Stamos Project, 48 In the Basement, and The Whoa Babies.

Review: Christer Davidsson @ Mutiny Zine

This female fronted five-piece from New York play a brand of music that I''d compare to Blondie but with a bit more punk to it. The vocals are great and the songs are smart and sticks to your mind really fast. I especially like the last song "Clone You" which is the punkiest of the three but the other two which are a bit more New Wave are good as well. Normally I don''t like bands with that electro sound on the organ but when it''s the Erase-Hers it''s cool.

Review: Noah W.K. @ Jersey Beat

From the first notes of the first song "Rewire" you can tell that this CD-EP is going to capture you in a way that a pop-punk with keyboards has never before. With two members of pop-punk''s finest John Stamos Project, this band brings you the sound you''ve been longing for, with female lead vocals to guide you through the songs that stay fresh in your mind, and instrumentation so tight that you''d think this band has been together and has perfected this sound years ago. The highlight of this disc is definitely the last song, "Clone You," with a chorus catchy enough that you''ll find yourself singing it throughout your day. Even though these three songs clock in at a little under 7 minutes, I believe this is one of the best albums to come out in 2007.
