Lifeguard Nights is the lovechild of Vincent Brue, co-founder of the critically acclaimed and widely ignored South Jersey Seashore Lifeguard Convention Band. After the break-up of that legendary outfit, Vincent decided to hang up his speedo and venture out on his own. He began recording under the name Lifeguard Nights, and quite often. After a few months, nearly 100 songs had been recorded and split up into different, distinct albums. This album, M, is the fourth Lifeguard Nights "solo" album, and is a murder-mystery-thriller concept album, which seemingly no one has been able to comprehend yet, including Vincent himself. But whether you grasp the story or not, the songs are unique, catchy, and take you to a place you''ve never been, such as the inside of my apartment.
