Details:
The Smashing Pumpkins meet Radiohead meet Hum meet Dredg. From the heart of San Diego comes a band featuring Sean Diaz (Redlands, CA), Alex Ferguson (El Paso, TX), David Reith (Lemoore, CA), and Casey Flowe (Fresno, CA). Kramer''s Rule''s eclectic approach to music is generating a buzz that is pushing the San Diego music scene in a direction of its own. San Diego music has produced some great bands, but Kramer''s Rule polishes the scene by developing smooth songs with spacelike guitars, simplistic bass lines and intricate drumming that has the listener wanting more. Kramer''s Rule blends music''s purest elements of alternative rock, college rock, punk, and emo creating a sound and feeling that is hard to put into just one genre of music.

The focus for the first year and a half as a band has been the release and promotion of their first CD entitled, "The Demos Sessions". The four song demo CD was released in 2003 on their own and received great reviews. This CD is just the beginning of great music to come and was used primarily as a promotional tool while they were writing new music. Starting with "Converge", which is a timeless rock anthem that has moving guitars, and a huge chorus that you can''t help but sing. The CD moves into an instant classic...."Breeze" which reminds the listener of the bands soft side. ".3" launches the band back to the roots of their being with sweet vocal melodies with an 80''s like feel, and ends with some great guitar work that will keep the listener excited to know what will be on their debut release.

"From The Fall", the title track off the the debut record starts with a ton of energy and drives the record like the Dukes of Hazzard. Punk? Emo? Rock? "Things Fall Apart On Their Own" is a modern song with an eighties feel. This is a staple song showing diversity in what the band can do. "Hour Eleven" and "Reversing The Circle Part I" is a creative process depicting time and space, leading into ".3". If there''s a radio hit on this record, this is probably it. The record as a whole is awesome to say the least. Released in February, 2004, this record shows the heart and soul that Kramer''s Rule has poured into getting this record released. Put out on their on label, Stereo Press Records, the band has released a true work of art.

Some Key notes:

Kramer''s Rule has shared the stage with bands such as The Color Turning (Random Play Music), McRad (Uprising Records), SIVA (Restart Records), Helicopter Helicopter (Initial Records) and Leisure (Dreamworks Records). Shortly after releasing their demo CD in March 2003, Kramer''s Rule signed a licensing agreement with MTV and Bunim-Murray Productions to have the songs from "The Demo Sessions" featured in an upcoming episode of The Real World/Road Rules/Battle of the Sexes. In addition to performing in the Alternative Rock arena, Dave and Alex have also been asked to support up and coming Country Music artist Crystal Yoakum (cousin of Country Music superstar Dwight Yoakam). Showing their diversity, on Sunday, October 13th, 2002, Alex and Dave participated in San Diego''s biggest Country Music Festival ever, Country Fest II. Held at San Diego''s Coor''s Amphitheatre, they shared the stage with Country Music stars and legends such as Willie Nelson, Emerson Drive, Phil Vassar, Chris Cagle, & Lonestar. On November 10th, 2002, ".3", the third track off of their CD, was added to the playlist for the Go Loco show on 92/1(https://www.tradebit.com), San Diego''s independent radio station, and remained on the playlist for over 9 weeks.
