Nav-Vii (pronounced: Nah-Vee). I am a native of San Francisco but now live in Atlanta, Georgia. My music career kicked off in Atlanta, Georgia in 2005 when I finally tapped into some of the creative ideas I felt would express who I am. Many of the unique details that you will hear in my music are very original which makes the songs that I produce hard to compare to other musicians. I truly admire musicians of all kind and any creativity that expresses each person as an individual. Instead of negatively critiquing other musicians with something so subjective, people should decide to create something of their own.
My musical taste is varied and broad with a true appreciation in almost every genre. If you listen carefully, you will hear many styles throughout my music which flows naturally. It would be very difficult to categorize my music because I can be so many different styles throughout a complete album. Musicians that I would like to recognize that had the most influence on me, but are not limited to include: Thievery Corporation, Nine Inch Nails, Pink Floyd, 2pac, Schiller, Prince & N.E.R.D. to name a few.
Eminent Fusion includes Nav-Vii, Shianne Poplar, Sinai & Jac Rip. We are a group of artists that come together on various tracks throughout my album. We all have our own individual music projects but when we come together we create magic.
