Details:
Linda''s new rocker is here! She was in the path of Mount St. Helens eruption in 1980. Mount St. Helens was a Blowin tells the story of what happened that day.

"Mount St. Helens was a Blowin" is quickly spreading around Mount St. Helens itself. Hoffstadt Bluffs visitor center plays it on a regular basis and sells them. It is aired on KBAM in Longview, Wa. KEX 1190 NewsRadio in Portland will feature it during the celebration week of the 25th Anniversary of the eruption. Several other stations in the Northwest are giving it a spin.

"Love Your Children" was written for Linda''s amazing mom. She is a mom that truly knows how to love. Air Hollywood is considering the song for their videos. A truly beautiful song, a wonderful gift for Mother''s Day.

A portion of each CD is donated to Musicians against MS an organization that raises money for the National MS Society. Linda lost the ability to play her own guitar after several years of battling with multiple sclerosis. She continues to write and sing and still leads the band.
"St. James Infirmary" was recorded when Linda was twenty years old, when she could still play her own guitar.

Influenced by such legends as Joni Mitchell and Bonnie Raitt, Heart and Leonard Skinner, Linda Storey''s music has a smoky quality that makes it as unforgettable as it is unique. She has been writing since the age of nine then performing in bars before she was even old enough to drink in them. In the 70''s and 80''s Linda worked with some of the best rockers in the Northwest. Now in Colorado she leads the band Linda & Jessica Storey and the Alleluia Blues. With the soul of the blues and a fiery passion for life, Linda''s music creates an uplifting energy. Her sultry vocal stylings, accompanied by the incredible harmonies of Jessica, the awesome sax of "Fly the saxaphone guy" McClard, the wailing guitar of Kent Richardson, with the "jammin" keyboards of Bruce Waring, singer-songwriter Michael Myers on drums, with the solid bass of Jim Richardson, and Jerry Byers sly slide guitar and hot congo drums which makes up the "Alleluia Blues" her music presents a unique, thick and talented sound that crosses various genres and delights all ages!
