Details:
In the early 50’s a French-Canadian runaway Teri DuPier and her obedient young lover Buck Bonnihman, stole into the night, beginning a bloody journey across the Midwest. Their trip coincided with over a dozen murders of middle-aged vacationers. Only witness descriptions of their vehicle linked the couple to the crimes, but when questioned by officers Teri burst into tears and confessed that she’d witnessed Buck commit one of the killings. Buck’s fingerprints were then discovered at 3 of the crime scenes. Teri claimed that she’d had no knowledge of Buck’s true motives for the journey and was given immunity for her cooperation. Later, in consultation with a priest on death row, Buck confessed to a different recollection of the events. This is his story.
