Hi all.
I have listened to Saturn Shield (all four tracks, looped) several times now with very interesting results.
Wow, Doc.
In each case (3-4 times now) I was listening on low with headphones while I was engaged in menial tasks. Two of the four times I happened to be knitting. Each time I listened for approximately 60-75 minutes.
Less than 5 minutes into the program (G1 track), I immediately feel clearer and able to focus. Its like entering into a zone or flow state level. I start working faster, making less mistakes, humming along and getting things done. It feels great. It has happened each time I listen.
One time I had a bit of sore lower back (I woke up with it, not the kind that manifests after a long day)-- it disappeared after listening to the frequencies.
I have taken several tests which show I might have a couple kinds of ADD, at least I experience similar symptoms. These frequencies seem to really help me do things. And thats a great blessing.
I also have a natal T-Square in my chart with Saturn opposing Uranus and Pluto, and all squaring my Moon. These frequencies seem to give fresh energy and movement, like they energetically unravel that starry knot. Wow!
I am most curious for others to try out the program with menial tasks or repetitive tasks and see if anyone finds similar benefit. Also if any others find it focuses them and encourages getting things done.
Another great winner, Doc. I am in awe of you and your work.

I listened to the four shields for a couple of days, then stopped. I dont think that this short period is enough to give you a full report.
- Two hours or two hours and a half per session.
- The tones seemed so natural and different from the tones of the other frequencies.
- The effect of the shields after the first time appeared after few hours:
. Alertness, energy, wakefulness, libido stimulation and a feeling of being full of life. This feeling increased after ten hours or so to the point that it was more than I can endure.
. It also seemed that the shields have something to do with the circulation system (not sure about this): waves of heat, tingling at the back of my neck, warm hands, warm feet (my hands and my feet are always cold).
. There were negative emotional feelings too. But maybe this has to do with other factors and was unmasked by the shields .
As I said, I didnt experiment enough to be able to judge or to confirm these observations.

I am getting lots of benefit
from listening to the Saturn Shield freqs now. As the full
moon was conjuncting my own natal Saturn, I just naturally
reached for them.
Benefits: Clearer thinking, reduced fatigue, able to follow
patterns, generating structure and working within it, much
greater focus.
I am playing the Saturn and FinVit freqs (FinVit is a real
boost now with Jupiter and Uranus conjoined in transit and
their entrance into Aries after Pisces.
I hope Doc you wont mind me sharing a good article about
this Mercury Retrograde period and its much larger
significance to us all. Just good info we all can use:
