I am a Haitian writer, singer, and composer. I began my career as part of the critically acclaimed group, “Les Freres Parent.” As one of the founding members, I have already reached mass popularity in the Haitian community around the world. And so, I wish to branch out to the internet savvy generation. Our music would appeal as much to parents as to the as-of-yet untapped market of Haitian teens in America. However, I also write and perform in many different languages.
From English, and French, to Spanish, our music can be marketed to a broad spectrum of consumers. I also have many instrumental pieces. Furthermore, our songs have been featured in films like “Married to the Mob” and “Silence of the Lambs.” Some of our music videos have also been featured on MTV (Konbit). We have also collaborated with other major artists like the Neville Brothers and with one of the best directors of all time, Jonathan Demme.
