*Performed on stage at The Longhorn Ballroom in Dallas, Texas, and various local venues from the age of 11 to 14
*Won first talent contest in a local club at age of 14
*Composed first song at age 15
*Played first professional gig on drums at the age of 15
*Formed band called Texxas Wild in High School at the age of 17
*Texxas Wild was aired several different times on local radio evening programs such as Q 102 FM
*Joined his dad’s band Lonnie Dean & SilverCreek at 19.
*Backed Jewel Akins on drums at numerous clubs in Dallas, Texas
