In the past two years, Nick Funyak''s sound has grown increasingly unique and structured since his first official release, "Once Upon a (Shattered Life)." Many have given him vast amounts of positive reviews, particularly for having a solid album front to back.
This album is entitled "Trials and Tribulations," which directly relates to the challenges one faces in life. It is broken up into three Chapters (Growth, Love & Despair), which all relate to the album title. Each song has a unique story and structure. New Day, for example, is a song that describes a teenagers transition process from rebellious to agreeing with what his/her parents have been saying all along. And as the theme would suggest, this falls under Chapter 1 (Growth).
