This CD features Carlos Cordón playing all the guitars, bass, keyboard, piano, vocals, and some percussion. The CD also features Rey Sepulveda playing congas, bongos, and timbales on seven of the songs. The music was inspired by experiences that Carlos had while living in Guatemala C.A. and also in Panamá C.A.
Carlos A. Cordón has been playing music all of his life. He learned piano at the early age of six and as he got older he learned how to play almost anything. He went from piano to trumpet where he won several awards in high school throughout the state of Louisiana including a scholarship to the University of Southern Mississippi and the Louis Armstrong Jazz award. Carlos majored in classical guitar in college and "jumped" right into the business of performing and recording. Carlos has toured many years with several bands such as : Stairway To Heaven (The tribute to Led Zeppelin) , Stone Free , U4ea , Acoustic Swiftness (Latin jazz) , Mas Mamones (mambo-merengue} and has done many recording sessions which has lead him to be not just a musician but a producer as well . The guitar style of Carlos A. Cordón is easy on the ears .Enjoy.
