Jim has been deep into the music scene since mid high school in 1975. Early live performances included the Carpenters, Rose Bowl, Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, and artist tours throughout U.S. In the late 80''s Jim started Carousel of Music, a musician based DJ company specializing in cross training live musicians (dozens of guitarists, pianists and vocalists) to cover both the live and dance portions of events. After producing 3,000 musical events primarily in New Mexico, always playing a few hours of live guitar, Jim has become one of the most recognizable guitarists in Albuquerque. The iPod digital age has brought with it a new brand of entertainment, catering to guests (rather than DJ''s or bands) trying to musically organize weddings and other events that require the skill and attention of a professional emcee.
