Chalice & Blade is a pagan vocal group from Vancouver, Canada– Wendy, Dennis, Sue and Mojo. We perform traditional Craft songs and original pieces based on the beliefs of Wicca and Paganism. We all have different musical roots from choir to 70’s rock. We met singing pagan music and teaching what we knew, in chant workshops or good old fashioned campfire singalongs. We formed our original band, Parnassus, with some other friends, to bring all those chants and songs together and record them. Six years later – the four of us are Chalice and Blade.
Our music isn’t all pagan, but it’s all from our hearts. From rocking to sentimental, from sacred to light hearted, we’re proud of it and we hope it touches you.
